PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

(terms and conditions currently in effect)


1. Subject of the Agreement


Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter - Policy) regulates legal relations concerning personal data processing between information resource Mixom.net (hereinafter - Resource) represented by the Operator and User.


When processing personal data the Resource is governed by the following laws and regulations:

  • EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
  • California "Consumer Privacy Act" (CCPA);
  • Brazil's "General Data Protection Law" (LGPD);
  • Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-3 "On Protection of Personal Data".

By using this site and providing their personal data, the User consents to their processing and use (up to and including revocation by the User of their consent to the processing of personal data) by the Resource for the purposes of this Policy.


2. Security of Information


When processing personal data, the Resource takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, theft and leaks. When collecting and transferring strictly confidential data, the Resource uses encryption and dual authentication technologies.


3. Personal Data


Personal data is understood as basic and additional personal data of an individual to be entered in the register, as well as other data, allowing to identify the person. Under the processing of personal data means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) with personal data performed with or without the use of automation. These actions (operations) include: collection, receipt, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.


When sending requests for advertising services, publishing pages (records), publishing feedback (comments) and subscribing to newsletters, the User provides the following information to the Resource: last name, first name, e-mail address, contact phone number, site and the name of the company on whose behalf the User is communicating or part thereof.


The Site may contain links to other companies' websites. If you follow any of these links, you will leave Mixom.net. The Resource is not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of those sites. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to review the privacy policies of other companies before submitting your personal information to them.


4. Purposes of use


Personal data is used only for the purpose for which it was collected. The Resource uses the data provided by the User for:

  • further communication at the request of the User;
  • to send messages of informational nature;
  • to carry out activities to promote the services;
  • evaluation and analysis of the Mixom.net system;
  • analysis of advertising effectiveness;
  • informing the User about promotions, discounts, special offers, technical changes.

5. Cookies


Resource uses "cookies". "Cookies" do not contain confidential information, do not allow to identify the person and are not transferred to the third parties. "Cookies" are used to remember User preferences and to collect analytical data about visits to Mixom.net.


If the User is against the use of "cookies", they can always restrict or prohibit the this function in the settings of their browser. This will not lead to malfunctioning of the site, but only complicate the filling of forms, authorization and make advertising on the site less relevant to the interests of the User.


6. Geolocation


Geolocation - determination of the geographical location of the Internet user. The Resource gets the information on the User's IP-address and the link of a web-site the User came from. These data are not used to identify the User, are not transferred to third parties or authorities and are used only for the processing of statistics, reducing download time and more reasonable distribution of load on the server hardware.


7. Confidentiality and Distribution


The Resource does not disclose the information obtained from the User to third parties. At the same time, providing information to third parties acting on the basis of employment or contractual relations with the Operator is not considered a violation. The Resource may provide temporary access to your personal information only to those employees or contractors who need this information to provide services or information to you. In this case, the employee or contractor gets access to only one data card. Only the Operator has access to the entire database.


8. Clarification and waiver


If the User wishes to clarify the personal data in case the personal data are incomplete, inaccurate or irrelevant, or wishes to withdraw their consent to process the personal data, the User must send an official request to the Resource as follows: a letter with the subject "To clarify the personal data" or "To stop processing of personal data" to the email address: info@mixom.net. The e-mail must contain the data (last name, first name, email address, phone number) and the corresponding request. The Operator will process the request within 10 calendar days. The reply with confirmation of the data deletion will be sent a few minutes before the deletion and further communication will be possible only if the User initiates it.


9. Privacy Policy Updates


Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on this page. This way, you will always know what information the Resource collects and how it is used.
